It was a long time before I found out about these amazing power jumping stilts. When I looked at a new found website, there were people jumping up and down with a device strapped to their feet and they were having a lot of fun. I was really excited about it, so I saved up my money and bought a pair on-line.

Sometimes getting yourself to the gym and finding time to do so is just enough to make you not want to do it. Ever think about skipping the gym and figuring out how to do it at home?

There are lots of reasons to workout at home; privacy, less spending, less time out of your day etc. The toughest part is finding the space in your house or apartment and committing to actually using it once you set up your home gym fitness equipment.

Of course, a garage or spare bedroom would be ideal and if you have that, you\’re well on your way. If you don\’t have that space, could you get by with maybe just a treadmill, free weights and maybe a few workout dvds. It doesn\’t take a lot of space to get into shape. If you\’ve seen any of those prison shows on tv, you\’ll agree. Simple old school workouts work just fine. It\’s all about what it will take to get yourself to do the workout.
