Amen to that Mathews was a well renowned king hitter! And Jeans a cop! Say no more.

Might sound sad, but we need this NOW, we need the crap out of this. And langford was FILTH in this game

If only more sports could allow both managers to be interviewed at the same time, and then give them a complementary tub of honey. Wasn’t the VFL great?

  5. franjonon 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

Jeans was full of shit. A typical copper. Did everything but answer the question. But there wasn’t much he could do about Matthews. He was born a thug and will die one.

    How true. Bloody awful.

Peter McKenna – why did it take so long for networks to realise what an ordinary commentator he was?

Try getting in touch with the Richmond footy club. I’m sure they would be happy to pass on a message to Tom.

Tommy Hafey came to talk to my year about life skills and his experiences in a team sport. He was so down-to-earth. I Loved it. Is there any way to contact him through an email or something?

Hawthorn were thugs in 1963 as well. But the Cats thrashed then in the last game of the year, the 2nd Semi and the BIG ONE111111111

  12. godeeson 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

Jeans was a true politician. Hafey was, as McKenna put it, a player’s player.
Good interview that one, wish there were more from WoS.

Poor old Peter McKenna drew the short straw that day.

I know that Leigh Matthews was a champion and all but u can’t deny that was as cheap as they come come, there was no way Bruns could have expected that

  16. wikitumon 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

dude that was a good as fight but filthy stuff hafey flexing his miscles looks awesome

  17. hirdy6on 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

‘I think there are a lot of Hawthorn supporters….’ What both of them? Jeans was a filthy coach. Greening incident with O’Dea, Dipperdomenicoe with Stoneham, Matthews with Smith and Bruns, Ditterich with everyone. Cowboy Neale on Power, Robinson on Watson, all coached by Jeans. Coincidence? I don’t think so, that was his style. He used to tell his players regarding star opponents ‘Take him out of the game’ and they knew exactly what he meant, fact.

Tom’s always liked showing us his muscle arms. Prettt cool dude.

  19. tajaston 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

bruns ruined the game for everyone by laying charges, he is a dog and got awhat he deserved, the thing about lethal was he gave as good as he got and this was an even out bruns should of taken it like a man not a dog who RUINS the game.

  20. StevePlzBelieveon 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

    Jeans is a total fuckhead.

  21. newob88on 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

Gentlemen, gentlemen, please….I’m reliably informed that Gabby Jeans has his left hand tightly gripped around Tommy’s right knacker this is the only reason Tommy looks tearful (not honest)….go back and watch again and note that Gabby lets go when Jack moves in with the goodies – Jack saw what was happening under the desk and wanted to break it up before someone threw a punch!! Note Jack’s level of anxiety & haste at getting the two off camera.

You bet metubeony, it’s medicare approved, and thank you! I like the washing products getting bowled over by the honey in front of yabby.

  23. mistersmith6000on 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

Yep..total B.S. from yabby. But how about when he said skeletons at 4:00, someone in the background made ghost noises? No?

  24. metubeony0utubeon 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm

    well he was a cop.

  25. 311Morryon 02 Feb 2010 at 9:07 pm
